Efficient Product Lists, Smooth Collaboration
As UX UI Designer, I spearheaded the project, working cross-functionally to develop a system that simplifies the creation, editing, and sharing of product lists.
In my role as Lead UX UI Designer, I led the development of the Product List system, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring the vision to life. The initiative began as a response to the challenges licensed contractors faced with managing product lists—tedious manual processes, inefficient sharing tools, and a lack of centralized data.
Our mission was to create a streamlined system that made it effortless to create, edit, and share lists while enhancing collaboration and boosting productivity. Over the course of the project, we focused on integrating real-time inventory updates, privacy controls, and multi-platform compatibility, ensuring a seamless experience for users. The result was a centralized platform that redefined how contractors and purchasing managers approached their workflows.
As Lead UX UI Designer on the ADI Product List project, I led the UX strategy to address challenges faced by contractors in managing product lists, such as manual processes, privacy issues, and lack of centralized data. I optimized workflows for list management, privacy controls, and real-time inventory tracking, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet. Through UX research, wireframing, and interaction design, I improved usability and integrated ADI's product database with CSV functionality. This reduced the time to create a list from 3 hours to 3 minutes, with 92% of users successfully creating and sharing lists. The project also resulted in a 60% reduction in list management time, a 40% increase in lists created per user, and a 30% boost in overall user engagement.
The existing ADI Product List feature, a decentralized system without a unified platform, suffered from low efficiency due to manual processes, limited collaboration, and poor data management.
